5. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Wild Feathered Finds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item is marked as delivered by the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be honored.
